Reading: Of Love and Other Demons

_{Why do we feel like this?
So up high one moment and then so low the next?

I wonder, is there something that triggers us, or does something click, or do we come to a shocking realisation in our lives?

I hate the feeling. The feeling of knowing that you're going to crash. When you can't bring yourself to do or say anything but instead you can only lie on the floor of your bedroom staring at the ceiling until you think everything has come back together again.

I guess the only thing we know is that after we've reached our lowest of lows, there's only one place to go afterwards.
